We have represented a number of clients with the acquisition or sale of part or all of their businesses. We also have experience in setting up joint ventures, limited liability companies and partnerships.
While most of our clients are privately held and do not publicly disclose their M & A transactions, we represented Grupo Lala, S.A. de C.V. in its acquisition of the yogurt business and Omaha, NE dairy production facilities from Wells Dairy (2008). Grupo Lala is one of the largest integrated dairy companies in the world.
